Franklin Templeton Launches Solana ETF

Global asset management firm Franklin Templeton announced on the 3rd that it has listed the Franklin Solana ETF (SOEZ) on the New York Stock Exchange Arca, providing investment opportunities in Solana (SOL). This addition expands the firm's cryptocurrency ETF offerings, with total assets under management exceeding $1.6 trillion. The SOEZ is linked to the price fluctuations of Solana and offers a mechanism where up to 100% of the held Solana is staked to provide rewards. The staking rewards are received in SOL and may be treated as income.
