Bitcoin Firm '21 Capital', Backed by SoftBank, to Start Trading on December 9 Under Ticker 'XXI'

21 Capital, a Bitcoin (BTC) focused firm backed by investors including SoftBank and Tether, along with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Canter Equity Partners, announced on December 4 that their business integration has been approved at the shareholders' meeting. Following the completion of the integration, 21 Capital is scheduled to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'XXI' on December 9.

The business integration and private capital increase are expected to be completed around December 8, after which the company will operate under the name 21 Capital.
