AlphaTON Capital Listed in the US to Raise Approximately 63 Billion Yen for TON Token Acquisition and AI Investment

AlphaTON Capital (Ticker: ATON), a cryptocurrency management company listed on NASDAQ, announced on the 4th that it has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $420.69 million (approximately 63 billion yen).

The company plans to allocate the raised funds for additional acquisitions of TON tokens and other digital assets, investment in Telegram's mini-app ecosystem, and the recently launched Cocoon AI network.
