Nicholas Wealth Files for a New ETF

On the 9th, asset management company Nicholas Wealth submitted an application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) that holds the cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) only during U.S. night trading hours. This product, named 'Nicholas Bitcoin and Treasuries AfterDark ETF (NIGHT)', aims for long-term capital gains by capturing the overnight return characteristics of Bitcoin.
