Superstate to Launch New Stock Tokenization Service

Superstate, a company dedicated to reshaping capital markets and tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs), announced on the 10th its new service 'Direct Issuance Programs' for stock tokenization.

This service enables listed companies to tokenize their shares on the blockchain platforms of cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL), and issue them directly to investors. The first sale of tokenized stocks is scheduled for 2026, the company explained.
