Coinbase Launches Direct Trading of Solana-based Tokens, No Listing Review Required for Immediate Transactions

On November 11, leading U.S. cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase announced a new feature within its app that enables direct trading of Solana (SOL) based tokens via a decentralized exchange (DEX). The announcement was made at the ongoing Solana Breakpoint 2025 conference in Abu Dhabi. This feature allows users to instantly access millions of tokens issued on the Solana blockchain without undergoing the traditional listing review process. Early access to this feature will start next week, with a phased rollout planned, making it available to 120 million monthly active users worldwide.
