It has been revealed that Kindly MD, a healthcare and Bitcoin-holding company, has received a delisting warning from the US Nasdaq. The company's stock price has been below $1 for 30 consecutive business days, violating the exchange's minimum bid price requirement.

The company disclosed the notification from Nasdaq in a Form 8-K filed on December 12. The stock, traded under the ticker NAKA, is currently priced at $0.38, having fallen more than 73% since the beginning of the year. Additionally, it has plummeted nearly 99% from its annual high of $25.
