Pump Fan and Solana Face $5.5 Billion Lawsuit with Submission of 5,000 Internal Chats

The plaintiffs plan to submit approximately 5,000 chat records obtained from a whistleblower as new evidence. These records reportedly involve internal communications among Pump Fan staff, engineers at Solana Labs, and executives at Zito Labs. An amended complaint in the U.S. legal system allows plaintiffs to rewrite their complaint to include new evidence found during the litigation, with the court's permission.
