Major Cryptocurrency Investment Firm Potentially Injects $30 Million into Worldcoin

Purchase of 60 Million WLD

It has been suggested that Multicoin Capital, a renowned cryptocurrency venture capital firm, and wallets believed to be associated with it, may have purchased 60 million WLD (Worldcoin tokens) through an OTC transaction on the 24th. This was reported by the on-chain data analysis service Lookonchain.

The transaction amount was $30 million USDC (approximately JPY 4.6 billion), with the purchase price reportedly around $0.50 per WLD.
