MetaPlanet Significantly Revises Upward Its Bitcoin Income Business Forecasts

On December 30, MetaPlanet, a financial firm dealing in the cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC), announced that it had purchased an additional 4,279 BTC in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 (October to December). As of the same date, the total Bitcoin holdings reached 35,102 BTC. The company also reported that the revenue from its Bitcoin Income business is expected to significantly exceed forecasts. The average purchase price of Bitcoin by the company to date has been approximately 15.95 million yen, with the total purchase amounting to about 559.7 billion yen. However, the market value of 35,102 BTC at the time of writing this article is approximately 516.5 billion yen, slightly below the total purchase amount.
