Resolving the Blockchain Trilemma

Ethereum (ETH) co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated on the 4th that Ethereum has resolved the 'trilemma' of decentralization, security, and scalability in blockchain technology.

The 'trilemma' refers to a situation where, out of three desirable goals, only two can be achieved simultaneously, with one inevitably being sacrificed. Buterin mentioned that the trilemma has been resolved through PeerDAS and ZK-EVM, stating, 'The trilemma was solved by the actual code implemented. Half of it (PeerDAS) is now on the mainnet...'
