Hokuhou, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard, announced on the 6th the acquisition of Bitcoin (BTC) for December. In December 2025, an additional 2.6 BTC was acquired for approximately 36.54 million yen, bringing the total holdings to 14.14 BTC (approximately 229.97 million yen).

The acquisition price per BTC in December was about 14.05 million yen, with the average acquisition cost across all purchases being about 16.26 million yen. The company started purchasing Bitcoin within an investment limit of 800 million yen from July 2025, employing a strategy of regular purchases worth 2 million yen each business day to implement dollar-cost averaging, thereby diversifying price fluctuation risks.
