ARK's CEO Cathie Wood Predicts Trump Administration's Bitcoin Purchase

"Seized Assets Alone Won't Meet the Goal," Points Out

On the 8th, Cathie Wood, CEO of ARK Invest, predicted on the podcast 'Bitcoin Brainstorm' that the U.S. government might start purchasing Bitcoin in the market to expand its strategic Bitcoin (BTC) reserves. The Trump administration issued an executive order last March to establish strategic Bitcoin reserves and a stockpile of U.S. digital assets. The initial goal was to hold one million BTC, but the current reserves consist only of seized assets, which are significantly short of meeting the target. Ms. Wood expressed hesitation about actually purchasing Bitcoin for strategic reserves...
