Bitcoin DAT Company Strive Acquires Semler, Set to Obtain 5048 BTC

Strive, a NASDAQ-listed investment firm in the United States, announced on January 13 that the shareholders of Semler Scientific had approved the acquisition. Through an all-stock transaction, Strive will acquire 5,048.1 Bitcoins held by Semler Scientific.

From January 1 to January 12, Strive purchased an additional 123 Bitcoins at an average price of $91,561 per Bitcoin. Including fees and expenses, the total purchase amount was $11,264,000, bringing their total holdings to 7,749.8 Bitcoins.
