BlackRock Clients Purchase ¥73.5 Billion in BTC and ETH on the 15th

On the 15th, clients of the financial giant BlackRock purchased approximately $3.2 billion (about ¥49.9 billion) worth of the cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) and about $1.5 billion (about ¥23.6 billion) worth of Ethereum (ETH) through physical ETFs.

Both Bitcoin and Ethereum have seen some declines since 2026 but are generally on an upward trend, with increasing capital inflows from institutional and retail investors.
