Coinbase CEO Denies Reports of Conflict with Trump Administration Over Cryptocurrency Market Structure Bill

Brian Armstrong, CEO of leading US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, has denied reports that the Trump administration is considering withdrawing support for the Cryptocurrency Market Structure Bill, emphasizing that the White House has been 'extremely constructive' in its response. On the 17th, Eleanor Terrett, a former Fox Business reporter and cryptocurrency journalist, cited sources saying that if Coinbase does not return to negotiations with a yield agreement acceptable to banks, the Trump administration might withdraw its support for the bill. She also noted that the administration had taken actions regarding Coinbase without prior notice.
