Largest Net Outflows Since Last November in Last Week's Cryptocurrency Investment Products

James Butterfill, head of research at cryptocurrency investment firm CoinShares, reported on the 26th that last week, digital asset investment products, including ETFs, experienced net outflows of approximately 17.3 billion USD (about 2,665 billion JPY).

Mr. Butterfill attributed the outflows to several factors: the retreat in expectations for a rate cut by the Federal Reserve (FRB) ahead of the FOMC meeting on the 27th and 28th, a slowdown in the momentum of the cryptocurrency market, and the perception that digital assets are not included in debasement trades prepared against the devaluation of fiat currencies.
