Strategy Acquires an Additional 855 BTC, Slowing Purchase Pace

Deceleration in Acquisition Pace

Strategy, the world's largest Bitcoin holding company, disclosed on February 2 that it purchased an additional 855 BTC for approximately $75.3 million between January 26 and February 1. The average purchase price was $87,974 per BTC. In January, the company had been acquiring 1,287 BTC, 13,627 BTC, 22,305 BTC, and 2,932 BTC weekly. According to co-founder and chairman Michael Saylor, the total holdings have reached 713,502 BTC, valued at approximately $54.2 billion.
