Investor Sentiment Worsens, Cryptocurrency Investment Products See Net Outflows of Approximately JPY 264.6 Billion Last Week

James Butterfill, head of research at cryptocurrency investment firm CoinShares, reported on the 2nd that last week, the overall fund flows for digital asset investment products, including ETFs, resulted in a net outflow of approximately $1.7 billion (about JPY 264.6 billion).

This marks a shift from net inflows at the beginning of the year to net outflows, with the year-to-date fund flows as of last weekend showing a net outflow of approximately $1 billion (about JPY 155.6 billion), explained Mr. Butterfill. He pointed out that the sentiment towards digital assets has significantly deteriorated.
