JPYC Forms Strategic Capital Alliance with Asteria Corporation

On the 4th, JPYC Corporation announced that it has agreed to a capital and business alliance with Asteria Corporation, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The partnership aims to combine stablecoin technology with data linkage technology to implement a highly practical digital payment and business infrastructure in society. As part of this alliance, JPYC will issue 57,937 Class B preferred shares to Asteria, and including the shares held by related funds, Asteria will own 107,937 shares of JPYC (3.71% of the total issued shares). Meanwhile, JPYC will take on 480,700 ordinary shares of Asteria (2.75% of the total issued shares) through a third-party allotment.
