Circle Partners with Polymarket to Introduce Native USDC

Circle, a leading issuer of stablecoins, announced on the 5th a strategic partnership with prediction market platform Polymarket. Over the coming months, Polymarket will transition from the current bridge-version USDC (USDC.e) used on Polygon to a native USDC directly issued by Circle. Currently, Polymarket uses the bridge-version USDC on Polygon as collateral for all trading activities.
