Strategy Corp CEO: 'No Debt Issues Unless Bitcoin Stays Below $8000 for Over Five Years'

Strategy Corp, the world's largest Bitcoin (BTC) treasury enterprise, held its Q4 2025 (October to December) earnings report meeting on the 5th.

At this meeting, CEO Phong Le explained that there would be no issues with the repayment of convertible bonds unless the price of Bitcoin drops to $8000 (approximately 1.26 million yen), a 90% decrease, and continues at that level for 5 to 6 years. He endeavored to alleviate concerns regarding the company's finances.
