On the 8th, Mr. Kiyosaki posted on X, 'To those who called my statement that I bought Bitcoin (BTC) at $6000 a lie, I know my strike price. It's not about the purchase date,' countering critics by asking, 'How much Bitcoin, gold, and silver do you own?' He asserted, 'The value of the asset is more important than the date of acquisition.'

This rebuttal was in response to the uproar caused by a post on February 6th, where Mr. Kiyosaki stated he had 'stopped buying Bitcoin at $6000.' However, amid Bitcoin's price surpassing $90,000 on January 22, 2026, he mentioned he was 'buying Bitcoin...'
