Coincheck to Discontinue ENJ Trading, Conversion to Japanese Yen for Holders

Coincheck, a domestic cryptocurrency exchange, announced that it discontinued the handling of Enjin (ENJ) around 14:00 on February 9. The company had previously indicated in a notice dated December 15, 2025, that it would cease handling ENJ along with BAT and QTUM. For users holding ENJ after the discontinuation time, the company plans to sell the ENJ at an appropriate time and method it deems suitable after 12:00 on February 10, 2026, and convert it into Japanese yen, which will then be credited to their accounts. The reflection of the Japanese yen conversion amount is expected by late February 2026, although this may vary depending on market liquidity.
