Robinhood's Cryptocurrency Trading Revenue Falls 38% in Q4

Year-over-Year Decline of 38%

Robinhood announced on the 10th that its cryptocurrency trading revenue for the fourth quarter of 2025 plummeted by 38% year-over-year to $221 million. On the same day, the company also unveiled the public testnet of 'Robinhood Chain,' an Ethereum Layer-2 blockchain constructed on Arbitrum. Although the total revenue for the quarter increased by 27% year-over-year to a record $1.28 billion, it still fell short of Wall Street expectations. Revenue from sectors other than cryptocurrency remained robust, with options trading revenue up 41%, stock trading revenue increasing by 54%, and net interest income growing by 39%.
