Coinbase CEO Sells 1.585 Million Shares Over Nine Months

Matthew Siegel, head of the digital asset research division at asset management giant VanEck, disclosed on the 12th the history of stock sales by Brian Armstrong, CEO of the U.S. cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase. According to the data released, Armstrong sold 1.585 million shares of Coinbase over approximately nine months, from April 2025 to January 2026.
