SBI Holdings Announces Intent to Acquire Majority Stake in Singapore's Coinhako

Aiming for Majority Acquisition

SBI Holdings announced on February 13 that through its wholly-owned subsidiary, SBI Ventures Asset Pte. Ltd., it has expressed its intention to acquire a majority stake in Singapore-based cryptocurrency platform operator Coinhako. The acquisition will be made through capital injection and purchasing shares from existing shareholders, making Coinhako a consolidated subsidiary of SBI. SBI aims to integrate Coinhako's operational expertise with its own global network to establish a core hub for next-generation digital assets in Asia.
