Strategy Corp Announces Debt Coverage Feasibility Even if Bitcoin Drops to $8,000

Financial Stability Amid Extreme Market Downturns

On the 16th, Strategy Corp announced that even if the price of Bitcoin (BTC) falls to $8,000, the company possesses sufficient assets to fully cover its debts. Currently holding 714,644 BTC, valued at approximately $49.5 billion, the company's net debt stands at about $6 billion. With the current Bitcoin price hovering around $70,000, a drop to $8,000 would constitute an approximate 88% crash. Despite such a drastic decline, the company's finances would remain robust. This announcement was made in response to growing investor concerns amid heightened volatility in the cryptocurrency market.
