Peter Thiel Sells All Shares in ETHZilla

ETHZilla Share Disposal

Prominent entrepreneur and investor Peter Thiel, along with his associated Founders Fund and related companies, have sold all their shares in the Ethereum financial firm ETHZilla (ETHZilla) by the end of December 2025, as reported to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

It was revealed in August 2025 that Thiel and the Founders Fund had acquired 7.5% of ETHZilla's shares. Thiel's acquisition was seen as significant news in the stock market. Subsequently, ETHZilla's stock price significantly dropped following that month.
