It has been revealed through a 13F filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that Laurore, an obscure Hong Kong-based company, held 8.79 million shares, equivalent to approximately JPY 67.5 billion (around $436 million), of BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF 'IBIT' as of December 31, 2025. This disclosure marks the largest entry by a new participant for that quarter. The filing was submitted on January 28, but it only started circulating among market participants this week.
