U.S. SEC to Decide on Multi-Asset Cryptocurrency ETF by February 26

SEC Decision Imminent

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced this week that it will decide by February 26 whether to approve the listing of a multi-asset cryptocurrency ETF proposed by major U.S. asset manager T. Rowe Price.

The fund, named 'T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF,' is an actively managed product that targets investments in 5 to 15 different cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and XRP.

In October 2025, T. Rowe Price submitted an S-1 registration statement to the SEC. By offering a regulated investment channel that packages key market assets rather than focusing solely on individual stocks, it aims to provide institutional investors...
