HyperLiquid's Super App 'Based' Raises Approximately 1.7 Billion Yen

On the 23rd, the Web3 super app 'Based', built on HyperLiquid, announced the completion of a $11.5 million (approximately 1.7 billion yen) fundraising in a Series A round led by Pantera Capital. Coinbase Ventures, Wintermute Ventures, and Karatage also participated. Based operates on the blockchain infrastructure of HyperLiquid and is a consumer app developed on it. It integrates perpetual futures trading, prediction markets, and a cryptocurrency-linked Visa card into a single mobile interface.
