Class Action Dismissed in Its Entirety

Decentralized exchange Uniswap secured a complete dismissal of the class action lawsuit that had been ongoing since 2022. Judge Catherine Polk Failla of the Southern District of New York issued the ruling on the same day, reiterating her previous opinion that it is unreasonable to hold the creators of smart contracts (Uniswap) responsible for the misuse of their platform by third parties.
