Payment Giant Visa to Issue Stablecoin-Linked Cards in Over 100 Countries

Expanding Stablecoin Payment Cards

Visa, a major payment provider, and Bridge, a stablecoin infrastructure firm under Stripe, announced on the 3rd that they are expanding their partnership to roll out stablecoin-linked cards in over 100 countries. The Visa cards linked to stablecoins, which have been available since last year, are currently issued in 18 countries, primarily in Latin America, and can be used at Visa merchants worldwide.
