Bankruptcy Concerns, Deadline Set for March 17. On March 3, Judge Mary Kay Viscosil of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York issued an emergency temporary restraining order (TRO) against cryptocurrency lending and trading firm BlockFills. The order prohibits the disposal of 70.6 BTC, claimed to be owned by Dominion Capital, and restricts the transfer of assets abroad.
