Allegations of Three Compliance Violations

On the 3rd, Mr. Kevin Meehan, a shareholder of the American cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, filed a class action lawsuit in the Federal District Court of New Jersey against CEO Brian Armstrong, co-founder Fred Ehrsam, and several other executives and directors.

According to the complaint, from the direct listing in April 2021 to June 2023, the defendants issued false or misleading statements and neglected their supervisory duties regarding compliance and disclosure.
