According to a report by Reuters on the 6th, Timur Suleimenov, the president of the Central Bank of Kazakhstan, announced during a rate announcement press conference on the same day that the bank has structured a portfolio worth up to $350 million (¥55.2 billion) from its foreign currency and gold reserves for investment in crypto-related assets.

The investments will not be limited to cryptocurrencies themselves but will also include stocks of high-tech companies involved in cryptocurrencies and digital financial assets, index funds...
