The Cardano Foundation announced on May 5th that the cryptocurrency ADA is now accepted as a payment method at 137 stores of the Spar supermarket chain in Switzerland. Spar is a major food retail chain that operates in 48 countries worldwide, with a significant presence in Switzerland.

Through an integration with the payment standard 'Open Crypto Pay' provided by Swiss fintech company DFX.swiss, users can make payments directly from their ADA wallets...
