On the 11th, U.S. asset management company Strive officially announced a new corporate financial strategy centered on Bitcoin (BTC) and an increase in the dividend for its preferred stock 'SATA' through documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

As a result of this announcement, the annual dividend rate for SATA preferred stock has been raised from 12.50% to 12.75%. Additionally, the company's recent acquisition of 179 BTC has brought its total holdings to 13,311 BTC (approximately 150 billion yen).
