According to multiple US media reports on March 12, investors harmed by a Ponzi scheme involving the Florida-based cryptocurrency investment firm Goliath Ventures have initiated a class action lawsuit (Steele v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.) against JP Morgan Chase, filed in the Northern District of California Federal Court on March 10.
