No Comprehensive Exemption Adopted

During the March 12th meeting of the SEC Investor Advisory Committee (IAC), Commissioner Hester Peirce announced that SEC staff are working on formulating innovation exemptions that would allow limited trading of tokenized securities. Commissioner Peirce stated, 'SEC staff are advancing the development of innovation exemptions that would facilitate limited trading of certain tokenized securities...'
