On the 16th, cryptocurrency wealth management company Abra Financial Holdings officially announced its upcoming NASDAQ listing through a merger with the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) New Providence Acquisition Corp III. The new company name post-merger will be 'Abra Financial Inc.', and it is set to trade under the ticker symbol 'ABRX'.
