Integrating Traditional Assets and Token Settlements on the Same Platform

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the 18th officially approved a rule change (SR-NASDAQ-2025-072) submitted by leading stock exchange Nasdaq, enabling tokenized settlements for stocks and Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs).

This approval allows Nasdaq to trade and settle specific digitized securities under the tokenization pilot program managed by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTC)...
