Grayscale Applies for HYPE Spot ETF with the SEC, Aiming for Nasdaq Listing

Leading cryptocurrency asset manager Grayscale Investments submitted a registration statement (Form S-1) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on March 20 for a spot ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) that targets the native token 'HYPE' of the decentralized derivatives exchange HyperLiquid. If approved, it will be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker 'GHYP'. The fund's structure does not involve leverage or derivatives and operates on a passive management basis.
