Core Scientific Secures $1 Billion Credit Facility from J.P. Morgan to Expand AI Infrastructure

Expanding Data Center Operations

Core Scientific, a publicly traded Bitcoin (BTC) mining company, announced on the 23rd that it has secured an additional $500 million credit facility from J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. Together with another $500 million from Morgan Stanley, the total credit facility, with a borrowing period of 364 days, amounts to $1 billion (approximately 160 billion yen). Adam Sullivan, CEO of Core Scientific, commented on the development.
