SBI Holdings Invests in Digital Securities Corporation, Transitioning to an Equity Method Affiliate

Digital Securities Corporation (DS Co.) announced on the 23rd that it has entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with SBI Holdings Inc. (SBIHD).

Through its subsidiary, SBIHD has acquired over 20% of the existing shares from the shareholders of DS Co., making it an equity method affiliate of SBIHD.

The collaboration focuses on two main areas. Firstly, digital securities structured on the 'OwnerShip' trading platform operated by Ownership Corporation, a system subsidiary of DS Co., will be jointly sold by SBI Securities and DS Co.
