"The 'Strong and Free Elections Act' Presented to the House"

On the 26th, the Canadian federal government submitted a bill to the House of Commons that completely prohibits political donations to political parties, candidates, and third-party election advertisers using cryptocurrencies. Officially named the 'Strong and Free Elections Act,' the bill was proposed by House Leader Steven MacKinnon with the aim of preventing foreign interference in elections.
