Set to List in Early April

Morgan Stanley, a leading American investment bank, submitted an amended S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the 27th, disclosing a fee of 0.14% per annum for its physical Bitcoin (BTC) ETF, the 'Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust' (Ticker: MSBT). This rate is currently the lowest compared to competitors such as the Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust.
