The Bhutanese government investment agency, Druk Holding & Investments (DHI), confirmed the transfer of approximately 374.9 BTC (worth about 40 billion yen) to an external address on the 31st.

According to data from Arkham, there is a history of past transactions between the recipient address and Galaxy Digital.
