On March 31, BlackRock filed an amended S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (Ticker: BITA).

Bloomberg's ETF analyst, Eric Balchunas, suggested in a post on X that, given the details of the filing, the listing could occur 'within weeks, not months'...
